Soul is not available in my country
Soul is distributed through the App Store. Whether you can download it depends on the country of the Apple ID signed into the App Store on your iPhone.
- Open the App Store and search for soul: ai friend & companion.
- If it does not appear, your storefront may not carry it yet.
- Confirm you are looking at the listing by Soul Global, Inc., App Store ID 6755092667, not a similarly named app.

If you believe Soul should be available in your region and the listing is missing, email support@soul.app with your country and Apple ID region (you do not need to send the Apple ID itself).
