What platforms does Soul support?

Soul is iPhone only.

You need iOS 16.0 or later. There is no Android app, no web app, and no desktop app.

iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch

The App Store listing is for iPhone. Soul is built as a phone companion: calls, FaceTime, games, and the way you carry a friend with you. Use it on iPhone.

Why you might see an Android listing

Google Play has unrelated apps also named Soul, including “Soul: Your AI Friend” by other developers. Those are not this product. See Is Soul related to other apps named Soul?.

If you are on Android

We do not have an Android version yet. You can follow Soul at soul.app and join the Discord for updates.

If your iPhone is too old

Check your software version in Settings > General > About. If you are below iOS 16, see What iOS version do I need?.
