No. Soul chats are not public.

Your conversations with your friend are not a social feed, are not searchable by other users, and are not published on the web.

Soul may process conversation content to provide the product (memory, voice, safety, and features like understanding photos or voice notes you share). That processing is described in the Privacy Policy. It is not the same thing as making chats public.
