How do I request my data?

You can request access to the personal data Soul holds about you at any time.

1. Email support@soul.app from the address on your account.
2. Write that you want a copy of your data.
3. We will verify it is you, then send what we hold, as described in the Privacy Policy.

This is separate from deleting your account. If you want both, say so in the same email, and ask for the export first.
